Fees

Our fees are fixed freely either for specific assignments or in a framework agreement.

We favour billing on a "time spent" basis if the nature of the assignment does not allow us to properly assess the time required to accomplish it.

Some work can be billed at an agreed inclusive rate after the first meeting, which is not billed, followed by an examination of the client's documents.

An additional success fee may be charged once the case has been completed which will reduce the flat rate or hourly fee. The success fee is fixed in an initial agreement or is freely negotiated once the objective has been achieved.

If recurrent requirements are established over a 12-month period, we can offer our clients subscriptions for unlimited permanent legal support.
